HKS SERIES 56: COMMUNITY SERVICE FOR MANGROVE PLANTING IN SEGARA AYU FISHERM KLP

In commemoration of its anniversary, the Civil Engineering Study Program at Udayana University held a series of community service activities that focused on environmental preservation. Together with the Coordinator of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Ir. Ida Ayu Made Budiwati, M.Sc., Ph.D and Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Udayana University, students gathered at Klp Nelayan Segara Ayu, Kedonganan on November 2 2024 to plant mangroves.

This mangrove planting activity is a concrete manifestation of the Civil Student Association's concern for the environment and society. Apart from aiming to preserve the mangrove ecosystem, it is hoped that it can increase student awareness of the importance of sustainability and foster a sense of social responsibility, as well as establishing good synergy between the academic community and the surrounding community.
