EDUCATION FOR DEVELOPMENT 2024
In October 2024, at the DM Room of the Civil Engineering Campus of Udayana University, Bukit, Jimbaran, Education for Development activities took place organized by the Civil Engineering Student Association. This activity was attended by all Udayana University Civil Engineering students and aimed to improve their skills through civil engineering software training.
The event was opened by Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, who gave a speech and officially opened the activity. A speech was also delivered by the Coordinator of the Civil Engineering Study Program who emphasized the importance of mastering technology as a means for students to face the world of work. This training is supported by a supervisor who provides technical direction during the session.
Training
activities include the introduction and use of software such as AutoCAD,
SAP2000, and Microsoft Project. This training was successful with high
enthusiasm from the participants. It is hoped that this activity will be able
to prepare Civil Engineering students to be more competitive and ready to
compete in the world of work. Thus, this event report was prepared as official
documentation of this activity.
